Who the heck is running this joint?

Hey, I'm Chase

KodiakForged

If you’re here, your 4Runner is probably a carefully assembled system of gear, trail dust, and highly questionable financial decisions.

I started KodiakForged because I am completely addicted to that specific feeling you get when you unbox a genuinely cool piece of shit. I wanted to make parts that give you that feeling.

I design this stuff to bring some character to your cab - incorporating topographic maps and a rugged aesthetic while keeping the quality high and the price tag reasonable. It’s about building clean-looking, functional gear that fits the lifestyle without the "overland tax."

No corporate branding meetings. Just good, trail-tested parts from a guy who’d rather be camping.

THE PROCESS

Built in Michigan

Designed, prototyped, and shipped from my workshop right here in Michigan.

I run a fleet of 3D printers working around the clock, turning raw polymer into trail gear and electricity into bills. Every piece is built with three rules: it has to fit perfectly, it has to survive the woods, and it can’t look like cheap garbage in your cab.

Anyone can make a part look decent in a staged photo. Building gear that doesn't rattle like a shopping cart on a washboard road is the actual standard here.

No outsourced mystery parts. No generic "universal fit" BS. Just purpose-built gear.

THE R&D

Tested Off The Grid

When I’m not staring at CAD files, I’m out in the dirt. That’s where the real R&D happens.

Most of these products exist because I was out on a trail or at camp, and something in my truck was being mildly irritating. I design a fix, print it, beat it up on the backroads, tweak the design, and repeat the process until it’s perfect.

If it doesn't survive in my rig, it doesn't get sold for yours.

Thanks for supporting an independent builder and trusting KodiakForged with your truck. See you out there.
