Hey, I'm Chase
KodiakForged
If you're here, your rig is probably a carefully assembled system of gear, trail dust, and questionable financial decisions.
KodiakForged was born from the pursuit of that exact feeling - bolting on a genuinely cool, purpose-built piece of kit. This gear is designed to bring character and function to your build.
No corporate boardrooms or marketing meetings. Just rugged, trail-tested parts built for the dirt.
THE PROCESS
Built in Michigan
Designed, prototyped, and shipped straight out of Michigan.
The workshop runs a dedicated fleet of 3D printers around the clock, turning advanced polymers into trail-ready gear (and electricity into bills). Every piece is engineered with three rules: flawless fitment, off-road durability, and zero compromises on aesthetics.
Structural integrity isn't an afterthought. While a lot of printed gear is just a hollow shell, these parts are forged with high-density perimeters to ensure they hold up long after the cheap stuff has cracked or melted in the sun.
THE R&D
Tested Off The Grid
The dirt is where the real R&D happens.
Most of these products exist to solve real-world problems encountered out on the trail or at camp. It’s a simple loop: find a limitation, design a fix, print it, beat it up on the backroads, and repeat the process until it's dialed in.
If a part doesn't survive the rigors of the trail, it doesn't get sold. Thanks for supporting an independent builder and trusting KodiakForged.
See you out there
