Refund policy
The 14-Day Trail Period: If you aren’t completely satisfied with your gear, reach out within 14 days of delivery. We can get a return or exchange set up as long as the item is in like-new condition (meaning it hasn't been dragged through a mud pit or used as a literal chew toy for a husky).
If It’s Our Fault: (Printing error, wrong part, robot went sentient and messed up the layers) - we’ll fix it immediately. No cost to you, no headache.
If It’s Your Fault: (You tried to install it with a sledgehammer, your passenger "accidentally" kicked it off, or you used it as a recovery point for a Winch) - let's talk. We want your rig to be solid, and we'll see if we can help you out with a "oops" discount on a replacement.
The Bottom Line: Shoot me a message. I don’t bite, and I'd rather you be out on the trail than stuck with gear you don't love. No corporate scripts here.
