Product Safety & Liability Disclaimer

Intended Use & Compatibility: KodiakForged products, including all mounting rails, brackets, and Molle panels, are designed and sold for off-road and utility use only. While certain products are designed for interior mounting (such as passenger door panels or visor accessories), they are intended solely for stationary or off-road utility storage.

Installation & Airbag Safety: It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure that any interior-mounted gear does not interfere with the vehicle’s safety systems, including but not limited to airbags, seatbelts, door latches, or the driver’s field of vision. Never install KodiakForged products over or near airbag deployment zones.

Assumption of Risk: By purchasing and installing these products, the buyer assumes all risks associated with the mounting of heavy equipment, electronics (such as EcoFlow units), or general gear. The user is responsible for ensuring all hardware is securely fastened and regularly inspected for wear, especially after exposure to vibrations, off-road conditions, or extreme temperature fluctuations.

Limitation of Liability: KodiakForged is not responsible for any injury, or damage to vehicles, personal property, or third-party hardware resulting from the use, installation, or failure of our products. In no event shall KodiakForged be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of the use or misuse of these items.
